Ow, My Head
And this time it's not because of alcohol!I've just finished watching Mulholland Drive for the first time, and I'm still trying to figure out exactly what the fuck goes on in that film. I think I've got it straight, but am not sure. I'll sleep on it and see if it's any clearer in the morning.
Truly fantastic film though, absolutely beautiful to look at. I love the use (or lack) of incidental music throughout, since it adds so much more to the scenes in which it is used.
Anyway, these are just instant thoughts, I might think of something more worthwhile when I wake up.
Oh, and it's so very different to the other film I watched today: Jackass. Both glorious in their own ways, of that there is no doubt.

Do you mean you actually worked out what the hell Mulholland dve was about? I saw it earlier this year and I didn't have a clue what the hell was going on in it. Well not after the first half or so. I thought it would be great since I love "Twin Peaks" and David Lynch did that as well but to be honest I was pretty dissapointed as well as confused.
